About the Award

This Award recognises an organisation who provides a structured and valuable opportunity for students who partake in a shorter term opportunity in their business. The scheme must have run in the 2017-2018 academic year and contributed to the development of a future talent pool within the company.

Why They Won

  • Their three-week summer scheme takes place across seven UK offices and stood out to the judges as inclusive, comprehensive and exciting
  • With two different week-long placements, the scheme provided students with employability skills training, plenty of open mentoring opportunities and a plethora of thought-leadership insights from various figures internally and externally to the firm
  • With 91% of graduates entering the business having completed the three-week scheme, it’s been an incredibly successful pipeline for attracting, educating and on-boarding students into the business
