NUE Awards 12th birthdayThe winners of the 2021 National Undergraduate Employability Awards, organised by RateMyPlacement.co.uk, were announced on Thursday 25th February.
Five hundred of the industry’s finest came together virtually to celebrate the outstanding achievements of employers, agencies, universities and students in undergraduate work experience.
Special Guest Speaker and Co-host of the Awards, June Sarpong, OBE inspired the audience with her journey on becoming an internationally renowned broadcaster, writer and campaigner on diversity issues.
Big winners on the night included Goldman Sachs for the Best Diversity Initiative and De Montfort University, for the Best University Careers / Employability Service Award.
Other winners included CMS who took home the trophy for Best Virtual Internship, the brand new award introduced for 2021. Bloomberg was crowned Top Undergraduate Employer 2021-2022, based solely on student-written reviews submitted on RateMyPlacement.co.uk.
A total of 18 Awards were handed out on the night to employers, agencies, universities and students.
