NUE Awards 2022
SustainabilityThe winners of the 2022 National Undergraduate Employability Awards, organised by RateMyPlacement.co.uk, were announced on Friday 4th March.
Four hundred of the industry’s finest came together virtually to celebrate the outstanding achievements of employers, agencies, universities and students in undergraduate work experience.
Special Guest Speaker and Co-host of the Awards, Hannah Mills, OBE inspired the audience with her Olympic journey, becoming the most successful sailor in Olympic history. She also talked about being an International Olympic Committee (IOC) Sustainability Ambassador and how she launched the Big Plastic Pledge in 2019 - an athlete movement to change the way single use plastic is used in and beyond sport.
Other winners on the night included NatWest for the Best Virtual Internship and Aston University for the Best University Placement Service.
Big winners included the University of Liverpool and Crowberry Consulting who took home the trophy for Best Collaboration between Universities and Employers. L'Oréal was crowned Best Undergraduate Employer 2022-2023, based solely on student-written reviews submitted on RateMyPlacement.co.uk.
A total of 17 Awards were handed out on the night to employers, universities and students.
