About the Award

Having a diverse and inclusive workforce is more important than ever. This award spotlights companies who are being proactive in making their undergraduate schemes accessible and welcoming to all students.

Why they won

  • Goldman Sachs acknowledged they needed to more proactively bring diverse talent into the business and committed to a variety of initiatives to address imbalances.
  • Through attending and hosting over 130 virtual events, they’ve delivered skills sessions, panels and interactive sessions, reaching 15,000 students across 200 universities.
  • Their post-engagement approach to educate and nurture through content such as a ‘Day in the Life’ video series and ‘See Yourself Here’ email series is helping upskill and build the confidence of students.
  • Under their ‘Student Possibility Academy’ umbrella, they launched two new academies which brought 39 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and 22 LGBTQ+ students in through their Student Possibility Pride Academy.
