- Goldman Sachs acknowledged they needed to more proactively bring diverse talent into the business and committed to a variety of initiatives to address imbalances.
- Through attending and hosting over 130 virtual events, they’ve delivered skills sessions, panels and interactive sessions, reaching 15,000 students across 200 universities.
- Their post-engagement approach to educate and nurture through content such as a ‘Day in the Life’ video series and ‘See Yourself Here’ email series is helping upskill and build the confidence of students.
- Under their ‘Student Possibility Academy’ umbrella, they launched two new academies which brought 39 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and 22 LGBTQ+ students in through their Student Possibility Pride Academy.
